With the approval of subdivision/division of land, and after obtaining the approval of Surveyor General Diagrams, the attorneys have to prepare a Regulation 38 Endorsement document.
This document needs to obtain approval from several service departments before the endorsement is affixed for the attorney to proceed with registration of the newly created portion/s.
